Introducing Red Twig!

My name is Ami Purser. I have a brand new company called Red Twig Special Event Design and Decor. Although Red Twig is new to me, art and design are not. I've worked as a painter for years but now that I'm a mom with two tiny boys I've found that long hours of quiet in a solitary studio just isn't my reality right now. Little boys are way more fun anyway! My alone time may be more limited but my need to design, decorate, and entertain is alive and kicking! My passion for parties and all things crafty are now tied up neatly into a very exciting business!

The goal of Red Twig is to celebrate the art of the event. I love the little details, the homespun and the modern touches that make a gathering truly unique and memorable. Although weddings are big and impressive events, I really love baby showers and birthdays the most! I realize that not every mom has the time to make handmade invitations or color coordinated candy centerpieces. I also know that many people would rather be anywhere besides Hobby Lobby! Yet, when it comes to important moments like a first baby or a first birthday, it should be as special as the little one!

The best part of the whole gig for me is getting to know all of you! I am so lucky to have a small part in life's most magical moments!
